How do I contact Travelocity customer service?

I need to contact Travelocity about a hotel booking that was cancelled by the hotel but Travelocity still charged me. What is the best way to reach their customer service? I have looked online and found several different numbers but I am not sure which one is current. Does anyone have experience getting through to Travelocity quickly? Are there specific hours when wait times are shorter? I would also like to know if they have email support or live chat as an alternative to calling.

Here is how to contact Travelocity customer service: Phone Numbers: - Customer service (US): 1-855-863-9553 (this is the current main number) - For vacation packages: 1-877-287-1367 - International: +1-210-507-5992 Hours: 24/7 for existing booking support. Tips for faster service: 1. Have your itinerary number ready. Travelocity agents cannot help without it. 2. Call between 6 AM and 9 AM EST for the shortest wait times. I got through in under 5 minutes at 7 AM. 3. To bypass the automated system, say "representative" twice or press 0. 4. If you are calling about a refund, ask for the billing department specifically. Live Chat: Travelocity offers live chat through their website. Go to travelocity.com, click Help at the bottom, and look for the chat option. You need to be signed in to your account. Chat hours are 7 AM to 10 PM CST. Response time is usually 5-10 minutes. Email: Travelocity does not publish a direct email address, but you can submit a support request through their Help Center page. Responses typically come within 24-48 hours. For your specific situation (hotel cancelled but still charged): This is a common issue. Ask the agent to file a dispute on your behalf with the hotel. If they refuse, immediately dispute the charge with your credit card company as "services not charged but not rendered." Your credit card company will almost always side with you, especially if you can show the hotel cancellation notice.
